The L-shaped building is designed around a west-facing terrace, basking in the evening sun, with a swimming pool integrated into it.
The communal areas open up to the pool, while the bedrooms' windows face the street. The warehouse and sauna are separate buildings, and the construction materials and methods are both traditional and environmentally friendly. The ventilation is completely gravity-driven.
The building frame is made of traditional logs, which are covered with larch boards on the outside. Over time, the outer lining has aged naturally, turning grey. The logs are left exposed on the inside, contributing to the building's rustic charm.
The built-in furniture is an integral part of the interior design, and the house has been built with exceptional love and care since 2015. The final touches to the fixed furniture are scheduled to be completed by the end of 2023.
