The sustainable Finnish design brand VIMMA’s new home was created in collaboration with VIMMA's director Marjut Rahkola. The new space is a classic brick-and-mortar shop in the trendy Punavuori neighbourhood in Helsinki.
The store concept caters to various needs, such as working, designing, storing, photographing new models as well as meeting with friends, partners and customers.
To create a more flexible and versatile space, we started the process by removing the old partitions and laminates. We also developed a new colour scheme that would infuse a sense of joy into the store while allowing it to evolve over time. In addition to the store concept and colour plan, the shelves, cabinets, racks, and counter were designed by NEMO architects.
These features were carefully crafted to complement the space's overall design while providing functional and stylish storage solutions.
